In 2000  34 monitoring sites were determined, 30 of which were situated in South Moravia region and remaining of them in the vicinity of airports in Prague and in Monov close to the town Ostrava. Monitoring started in the first week of June and terminated in the first week of  October.  No WCR beetle was found.
